Being a mom just ain't easy. I was asked yesterday "When do you get any down time?" And to be honest, I just dont get alot of down time these days. But Ive realized, these days are soon to be gone, and right now, this season of "busting it" isnt really about me, its about my children.
I wanted to testify on our blog how honored I am to be placed in this family as Joel's wife and as the mother of these four beautiful children. Seriously- its a privilege!
I would not rather be doing anything else-but serving this family. (Although sometimes Id rather be at the beach than washing dishes, or shopping for myself instead for the children, or sleeping in rather than getting up early and preparing for the day.)
Happy Mothers Day to you mothers- who give of yourselves unconditionally for your families, your investments into your husband and children are extremely valuable!
